Tech Bootcamps
The tech world changes fast. We know how important it is to keep updated on new trends and tools to stay relevant in a tough job market. That’s why SheTek’s Tech Bootcamps are specifically created to develop a skills and knowledge base that attendees can use right away.

SheTek not only provides training on the technical skills and trends required for gain and grow a career in IT, but also offers learning programs for job readiness. These include the softer skills such as Interpersonal Skills, Presentations, Communications, and more.

Tech Mentorships
76% think mentors are important, but only 37% currently have a mentor. Mentorship plays a pivotal role in empowering women to succeed in the tech industry. A mentor offers invaluable guidance, support, and encouragement, helping mentees navigate the challenges and opportunities unique to their career path. They serve as role models, demonstrating the potential for women in tech. Mentorship can foster a sense of belonging, build confidence, and break down barriers, empowering women to achieve their career goals and contribute to a more diverse and equitable tech industry.
